Yes, you can cancel your Protected subscription at any time. Your protection remains active until the end of the billing period. Saved credits remain available as long as you're a member.
How does the savings system work?
As a Protected subscriber (€3.49/mo) you automatically save towards a free active search credit. After 6 months (€20.94 paid) you get 1 free search round of 30 days. This credit stays available until you need it, and after use the counter starts again.
What if my pet goes missing before I've been a member for 6 months?
As a loyal subscriber you get 50% discount on active search: €9.98 instead of €19.95. You don't have to wait until your credit is full.
How does the AI Search Agent work?
The AI Search Agent automatically scans various online platforms (Marktplaats, Facebook groups, Amivedi, shelter websites) for 30 days. When there's a match with your pet, you get an instant notification with a photo comparison and the link to the original post.
Can I extend active search?
Yes! After 30 days you can extend. Subscribers pay €9.98 per extension, non-subscribers €19.95. Or use your next saved credit if you have one.
